What Does the Warranty Cover?
Our Lifetime Warranty guarantees that your Reeyen product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes:
Structural issues (e.g., cracks in stainless steel bodies, faulty welds).
Manufacturing defects (e.g., leaky lids due to improper seal installation, malfunctioning hinges on cooler lids).
Failures in insulation performance that stem from flawed construction (not wear and tear).
What Isn’t Covered?
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, faded colors from sun exposure, or dents from accidental drops).
Misuse or abuse (e.g., using the product for purposes other than its intended use, exposing it to extreme heat/fire, or altering it with non-Reeyen parts).
Neglect (e.g., failure to clean the product properly, leading to mold or corrosion).
Cosmetic damage (e.g., scuffs, stains, or peeling decals from regular use).
Loss or theft of the product.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your Reeyen product has a defect covered by our warranty, follow these steps:
Gather Information: Have your proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email) and photos/videos of the defect ready.
Submit a Claim: Fill out our online warranty form [link] or email our customer care team at warranty@reeyen.com with the details (product name, purchase date, defect description, and supporting images).
Our Response: We’ll review your claim within 3–5 business days. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or store credit (at our discretion) at no cost to you.
Note: For replacement products, we may send a similar model if your exact product is discontinued. Return of the defective item may be required in some cases—we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label if needed.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
International warranty claims are accepted, but shipping costs for replacements may vary by country.
